Small onion(chopped) | 1/4 cup |
Cumin seeds | 1/2 tsp |

Cook the eggs, remove skin and cut to 4 pieces each. Powder drychilly, cumin seeds and roasted dal together. Sauté the onion till golden brown, add the powder mix all evenly. Add salt, mix. Add egg and mix evenly. Sprinkle coriander leaves.

Masala powder(turmeric powder,chilly powder,dhaniya powder and garam masala powder) | 1 tbsp |
Salt Oil Coriander leaves,curry leaves | |
Cook the eggs and cut to 4 equal parts.
In oil season mustard seeds,urad dal and curry leaves.
Add onion and green chilly ,saute it.
Add tomato and saut� it.
Add masala powder,salt and mix evenly.
Add eggs and mix without breakage.
Sprinkle coriander leaves.
