Grape Wine Recipe

1. Ingredients with measurements


Grapes (Blue) 1 Kg
Sugar 1 1/2 Kg
Water 3.5 Litres( Bolid & Colled)
Yeast 1 1/2 Oz
Wheat 200gms
Sugar 1 cup - for caramalising

2. Method


In a clean dry jar popout the blue grapes add sugar, water, yeast, egg white (beat well andadd - optimal) and the wheat. Mix well. Keep it closed. Stir the mixture every day for 21 days. Then strain the juice into another S. Vellel. Add the Caramalised sugar mix well. Keep the porcellaw vessel closed airtightly for 3 days. Filter after 3 days it can be poured into clean and dry bottles preferably - coloured bottles.
