Carrots- 5 Onion- 1
Water- 3 cups
Corn flour- 1 tsp
Lemon juice- 2 tsp
Pepper- to taste Sugar- 2 tsp
Salt- to taste Butter- 1 tsp
Garnish Finely grated cheese- 1tsp
Chopped coriander- 1 tsp
Boil carrot and onion to paste. Grind and strain the puree and add 3 cups of water. To this add corn flour paste, butter, salt, sugar and pepper and boil for 10 minutes. When cool add lemon juice and dress with grated cheese and coriander. Pour into individual bowls and serve hot
