Palak-3 bunches
Tofu- 100 gms
Masala Salt to taste
Lemon -2 tsp
Cook palak and grind it.Cut tofu into small cubes and leave them in the hot water for five minutes and drain the water. In a pan put little oil and fry the desired masala. Now add palak and tofu cubes and salt to taste. After removing from fire put two spoons of lemon juice. Tastes good with rice and rotis.
