Any vegetable- 250 gems
Garam masala- little
Grated coconout-1/2 cup
Salt to taste

Soak Soya beans over night and pressure cook. Finely cut the vegetable. In a pan take little oil put jeera, mustard, red chillies and let them splutter. To this add vegetable and cook for five minutes with the lid. Now add Soya beans, garam masala, coconut, and salt to taste. Cook for five more minutes.
Tastes good with rice and rotis.
