Soya granules-1 cup, Cabbage-1 cup
Chilli, ginger, garlic paste- 2 tsp
Rice flour-1/2 cup, Salt- to taste
Oil- for deep fry For gravy
Tomatos-3, Onions-3, Garam masala-1 tsp
Cream- 1 tsp, Salt and sugar- to taste
Coriander- for dressing
Put Soya granules for five minutes in hot water and drain the water completely. To this mix finely cut cabbage, rice flour, chilli garlic and ginger paste. Add salt make them into round balls and deep fry. Now for gravy make tomatoes, onions into fine paste. In a pan pour take little oil put the paste add garam masala, salt, sugar and cream. Let it fry for five minutes. Before serving drop the koftas in the gravy and garnish them with chopped coriander. Serve it hot with rice or chapattis.
