Tuvar dal- 1 cup, Soya beans- � cup
Vegetables- any vegetable- 2 cups
Coconut grated- 2 tsp
Little pepper, lavang, dalchini, jeera, red chillies
(Fry all the above in oil and grind to fine paste)
Tamarind- lemon size Little
jaggery Little, curry leaves, coriander, green chillies Little
oil for seasoning Salt to taste
Cook the dal, Soya, and vegetables in the pressure cooker unto three whistles. Add tamarind paste, coconut, masala, and little japery, curry leaves, green chillies. Add salt to taste and season. Dress it with coriander. Tastes good with hot rice.
