Soy chunks- 1 cup or 10 - 15 chunks
Basin-1 cup
Curds- � ltr
Roasted peanut powder- 3 tsp
A pinch of chilli powder Little sugar Green chilli sliced - 2 tsp
Coriander chopped - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry
For seasoning- Jeera, mustard and hing
Soak soya chunks in the hot water for five minutes, drain the water. Dip them in the basin batter (add little salt & Chilli Powder) and deep fry these chunks in the oil. Now put these chunks in the curds and to this add peanut powder, chilli powder, sugar, chilli coriander, curry leaves, and salt. Mix it well and give the seasoning. Tastes good as an evening snack.
