Soy flakes-2 cups
Sugar-2 or 11/2 cups
Ghee- 50 Gms
Milk-1 cup
Kowa - 4 tsp
Cashew and raisins-as desired
Elaichi- 4
Soak Soya in hot water for five minutes drain the water and keep it aside. Heat ghee fry cashew, raisins, and add Soya flakes. Fry for five minutes and then add sugar and after five minutes add milk. Now add kowa, cook till it gets thick. Remove from fire and add elaichi powder.
