Soya flour-150 gms
Basin-150 gms
Sugar powdered - 150 gms
Ghee-100 gms
Elaichi Powder - � tsp
Take little ghee in the pan and fry basin and soy flour together. Fry it till it gives a nice smell. Remove from fire mix it well with the sugar and powdered elaichi. Add the remaining ghee and if needed little hot milk and make them into ladoos.
