Soy chunks -1 cup
Boiled Potatos-2 or 3 Medium sized
Onions paste-2
Tomato sauce- 1 cup
Curry leaves- little
Turmeric - Pinch
Garam masala- 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar- 1 tsp
Oil-6 - 7 tsp
Seasoning
Grated cheese- 2 tsp
Coriander
Boil and mash the potatoes. Soak soy chunks in hot water for five minutes and drain the water. In a pan take oil. Fry little jeera and mustard. Now add onion paste, curry leaves. Also add mashed potatoes, soya chunks, garam masala, turmeric, salt, tomato sauce and sugar. Cook for five minutes. Now dress it with coriander and grated cheese.
