Items required:
Soy beans- 1 cup
Sugar- two � cups
Ghee or refined oil- 1 cup
Water-1 cup
Elaichi- 3 �4
Roast soybeans or directly soak them in water for four to five hours. Make it into a fine paste using water. Heat ghee, add soy paste and fry it for five minutes. Now add remaining water and sugar and stir continuously. When it starts leaving, sides add elaichi powder. Smear ghee on a plate, spread the mixture evenly, and cut into desired shapes.
