Soya flakes- � cup
Any vegetables- (Pressure cook )
like (Beans, cauli flower,carrot, peas, potatos, capsicum,brinjal)
Tomato paste- 1 cup
Onion paste-1 cup
Chilli, garlic, and ginger paste- 2 tsp
Little oil Little turmeric Sugar- little
Coconut Little garam masala
Butter- as desired or nil Coriander
Method Leave Soya flakes in hot water for five minutes and drain the water. Now take little oil in the pan and fry the seasoning and add all the vegetables, Soya flakes. Now add turmeric, sugar, coconut, wet masala, garam masala, salt to taste. Dress it with coriander. Tastes good with rice and rotis.
