Soya beans-1 cup
Leafy vegetable-2 bunches
Garam masala- little
Grated coconout-1/2 cup
Salt to taste

Soak Soya beans over night and pressure cook. Finely cut the leafy vegetable. In a pan take little oil put jeera, mustard, red chillies and let them splutter. To this add leafy vegetable and cook for five minutes with the lid. Now add Soya beans, garam masala, coconut, and salt to taste.
Tastes good with rice and rotis.
