Soy Granules - 1 Cup
Boiled Potatos - 2 or 3
Medium sized � Corn flour - 2-3 tsp
Onions paste - 2
Tomato sauce - 1 cup
Curry leaves
Little � Turmeric
Pinch � Garam Masala 2 tsp
Salt to Taste � Sugar- 1 tsp
Oil 6 - 7 tsp
Seasoning � Grated cheese- 2 tsp
Coriander Method Boil and mash the potatoes. Soak soy granules in hot water for five minutes and drain the water. Make them into small balls adding corn flour and steam for five to eight minites. In a pan take oil fry little jeera and mustard. Now add onion paste, curry leaves. Also add the balls , garam masala, grated cheese and salt, tomato sauce and sugar. Cook for five minutes. Now dress it with coriander. Serve it with rice or Chapattis
