Soy granules- 1 cup
Banana sliced- 2 cups
Apple sliced- 1 cup
Sugar- � cup
Honey- 3 tsp
Soy flour- 2 tsp
Milk-1/2 lt
Cashew, raisins- as desired
Salt- a pinch
Put soy granules in the hot water for five minutes drain the water completely and keep it aside. Now boil the milk and add soy flour and thicken it, remove from fire. To this add sugar and let it cool. Now add banana, apple, honey, cashew, raisins and a pinch of salt.
