Rice -2 cups
Soy chunks-1 cup
Onion-2
Carrot-2
Beans-50 gms
Peas-1/2 cup
Milk -1 cup
Water-2 cups
Green chilli, ginger, garlic paste-2 or 3tsp
Salt- to taste
Oil-5-6 tsp
Wash the rice drain the water and keep it aside. Fry Soya chunks in the oil and soak them in the water for five minutes and drain. Fry onion, carrots, beans, chilli, garlic and ginger paste. Add peas, rice, Soya chunks and fry for two minutes. Now add milk, water and salt. Cook it till done. Tastes good with raita or any side dish.
