Soy beans-1 cup, Udad dal- � cup, Daniya - 2 cups
Chana dal- � cup, Cinnamon- little
Red chillies-6 or 8
Jeer- 1 tsp Hing - little Oil- 2 tsp
Method
Take oil in a pan put jeera and red chillies, and hing. Roast until done. Now add all the dals ,cinnamon. Remove from fire and grind it to fine powder. Store it in a jar after cooling.
