Maida - 1 cup
Atta- � cup
Rice atta- 2-3 tsp
Soy flakes-1 cup
Tomato puree- 1 cup
Onion paste- � cup
Ginger, mirchi paste-1 tsp
Salt- as desired
Coriander- 1 tsp
Soak soya flakes in hot water for five minutes drain the water .To this add maida, atta and rice flour. Now add onion, tomato,ginger,chilli paste, coriander and salt. Spread it like dosa and fry till golden brown.
